Anka stands behind the quality and uniqueness of all products. Each Anka rug is uniquely handcrafted by Syrian refugees living and working in camps in SE Turkey. As all the materials we used are made by hand, the exact size and color of rugs may vary. This creates a unique carpet that will last for generations. We are confident that the quality of our rugs will exceed your expectations. Your purchase will sustain the women refugees and their families. Work provides dignity, hope and reduces the number of idle hands.

The cost to ship each rug will be determined by size and weight of each carpet. Shipments are made via UPS or FedEx Ground, unless otherwise specified by the client. Tracking numbers will be provided for all purchases. Please contact us if you require expedited shipping.
Anka is not responsible for replacing lost or stolen packages. An adult signature will be required for receiving any Anka package in order to prevent lost or stolen packages.
If you are not completely satisfied with your handcrafted rug, please contact us to coordinate a return. Return orders will be accepted for exchange or company credit within 10 business days of you receiving your order, unless otherwise required by law.
Please note that the customer will incur all shipment costs in connection with any order and all shipping charges are non-refundable.
Please allow up to 14 business days for Anka to receive your return and process your request. If the item was a gift, a credit (good for use at any time) will be issued.
Damaged or defective goods should be reported to Anka within 3 business days of receipt. Anka will credit round-trip shipping costs in connection with any order that arrives damaged. Please contact us to coordinate shipping.
